Commitment

Ákos understands the importance of staying healthy and taking care of his body to perform at his best. He uses advanced tools like biomarker analysis to better understand his physical needs and follows personalized training plans and nutrition advice tailored just for him. This approach helps him stay strong, recover properly, and keep improving both on the field and in daily life.

A special thanks to 2sport.science and Dr. Kurucsai Gábor’s team, whose expertise and innovative methods have played a big role in supporting Ákos’ growth and success. This is what they say about him:

‘Ákos demonstrated a professional attitude, while his family provided selfless support throughout the process.

Ákos was actively involved at every stage. His questions and responses indicated that he not only followed the recommendations but also understood them.

In December 2023, Ákos underwent a treadmill stress test based on our own methodology. Based on the test results, we provided recommendations regarding the composition and timing of his meals (before and after exercise), as well as complementary exercise types and their scheduling.

After nine weeks, we reassessed Ákos during a workout. The second test was longer and more intense, yet Ákos had lost more fat, had lower lactate levels at the end, spent more time in the aerobic zone, and also reported feeling fitter.’

Conditioning

In addition to team training, Ákos works regularly with a strength and conditioning coach who provides exercises specifically tailored to the demands of football. These sessions focus on optimizing his physical fitness, ensuring he remains mentally sharp and physically strong during matches, enabling him to excel in duels and sustain the high intensity required throughout the matches. You can read below his strength and conditioning coach’s words about him:

'I met Ákos in 2020, and from the very first moment, it was clear that he is a hardworking and highly talented young man. From the very beginning, he has given his best at every single training session. He always looks for opportunities to compete, whether it’s a simple exercise, a skill-based, or a speed challenge—it makes no difference; he wants to win! He strives to execute tasks as perfectly as possible and never gets upset when I correct him. On the contrary, he gladly accepts help! He is the kind of player that, I believe, every coach would love to work with, as he puts his heart, soul, and willpower into the work session after session. I also see that his attitude and performance set an exemplary standard for his teammates, which makes him a great team player as well! I wish him to achieve everything he dreams of and to always demand that same maximum effort from himself that he strives for now. After all, the problem isn’t when someone dares to dream big, but when they don’t do everything they can to achieve it!'
